How much sleep do you get per night?

    Sometimes I don't get enough, that is for sure. Maybe 2 or 3 hours which is not enough. What about you?

    Each night I try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep and it is usually enough to get me through the day. Occasionally I take a nap as well, just to get a few extra hours of sleep during the day.

    I don't get that much, more like 5-6, not good really.

    Depends on what type of body you have. If you are not tired when you wake up then you got enough sleep. While doctors recommend 8 hours of sleep a day, as long as your not tired then there is nothing to worry about.

    I suppose that is true. Some people I know seem to function ok after getting 4 hours of solid, interrupted sleep.

    I get a complete sleep of 8 hours. Sometimes it is 10. Lol

    Ahaha not really workaholic Sarah.. but sometimes I do lack of sleep. When I do movie marathon. XD

    I can't sleep late. Lol not recommended in my health.

    for a good health we should sleep 7-8 hours a day.

    I don't get sleep that much at night.

    i usually go to bed at 4 or 5 O'clock in the late night.

    and get up at 12 or 11 in the morning. actually i can't say that in the morning . :p
